ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Please bring AKC registration and record of the dog's permanent identification for us to review. Some test vendors want copies sent with the test swabs, so bring extras. Microchip verification will be performed. All tests are done by cheek swab. Note that some tests require fasting for several hours before the test is performed. It is critical to read each company's test form and have the appropriate paper work to send with each test. This year we can only send test swabs on dogs present at the Specialty.
